Product Personalisation

I have entered the wrong details what should I do?

If you have place an order and entered the wrong information please Contact Us as soon as possible. We are unable to correct mistakes once we have started to make your order but will always do our best to help.

Can I change the wording or colour of a gift?

Generally speaking yes, please Contact Us before you order and to confirm we can make the changes you require. Every product is made by us so we can make changes to wording, colours and layouts but only within reason.

My order arrived with a mistake?

Account & Ordering

I can't log into my account

On 10th April 2019 we moved to a brand new brand server and totally redesigned our website. As a result of the move it was not possible for us to transfer any customer data. Any previous orders you have placed will no longer be available all other information stored i.e names, addresses and wishlist has deleted. 

We felt that moving such a large amount of data to our new system would have cause to many issues and possible inaccuracies. We therefore made the decision that to start a fresh with our new system. 

How do I find my lost password?

How do I change my address?

You can change your shipping and billing address within your account area by clicking Here If you would like to change your email address or password Click Here

Your shipping address must be changed before you place an order otherwise you parcel may get lost.

Do I have to sign up for an account?

No, you can checkout as a quest and will still receive the same shipping and delivery notification as a registered account holder.

Registering an account is however recommended as you will be able to log back in and view open and previous orders as well as update your billing and postal addresses for future orders.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using a Paypal account or Debit/Credit card. All orders are securely processed and safe.

We do not offer a cash on collection service as we are an online only business.

Who sees my payment details

All payments are securely processed by Paypal.

We have no access to your payment details. We never see any card details as these are private to only you and are encrypted by the payment system.

We cannot recharge or re-request any funds.

We only receive conformation of successful payment and nothing more.

Are my details safe?

Yes, any details that are stored on this website are safe and secure.

Our web server and website is protected by a set of robust and industry standard security measures. Our website is protected with a strong SSL “Secure Socket layer” that ensure all information is securely encrypted.

We have not access to any payment details.

Can I return a product?

Yes, We want you to be happy with your order however should you need to return it please Contact Us with your order number and reason for return.

We will give you a return address, please Do Not send it to our Sheffield address as it will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on products that have been personalised unless we have made a mistake.

Where do I enter a coupon code?

When discount codes are available they can be entered in the “Coupon Box” on the shopping cart page Here or on the Checkout page by clicking “HAVE A COUPON? CLICK HERE TO ENTER YOUR CODE” at the very top of the page.
